Franki Zinke

Hello Friend, you have ventured here from afar, so let us celebrate this human reunion and make art together, let us Embody our Art! We are all artists of our own design and with this Magic, we are given the opportunity to Collaborate upon Dream Visions and Heart Songs. Finding that with the help of community, our thoughts and ideas for the future can be manifested above and beyond the ordinary. This is the time and the place to dip your brush and share your paint with friends old and new, for we all have a story to tell,  feelings to emphasize, and wisdom to share. Color your world, outside of the lines and out of the box!

Taylor (the tailor) Martin

Founder of Rainbow Lightning Youth Village, was born and raised in New York. She earned a bachelors degree in humanities [focusing on art, business, health and wellness] from the State University of New York at Oneonta. During her time in school, Taylor taught herself how to sew; she began to design clothing and spread her passion for self expression through wearable art, by teaching sewing lessons! Before leaving New York to start her life in Colorado, Taylor spent time working as an art therapist [for adults and children on all aspects of life’s vibrant spectrum!], both privately and in various group/community homes. She was also blessed with the opportunity of working in a number of different theaters, as a tailor, around the northeast region. Taylor’s experiences in New York unveiled to her, a passion for life and a drive to continue spreading her love for healing arts wherever she goes. Summer of 2011, after planting her seeds of creativity in her east coast communities, Taylor moved to Denver, Colorado. It was in Denver, that she found a network of support for her vision to unite the planet through art and music. Feeling so fortunate to have found such a refreshing community of artists, activists and visionary leaders, Taylor decided to stay in Colorado and start a small company, with a BIG mission… Rainbow Lightning!

MC AD

McAD began working with community organization back in 1994 after a spiritual awakening and vision to better improve on self first, and then reach out to the greater community surrounding him at any time. Love, peace, self development and unity were the major themes of not only focus, but the music and poetry that would develop in the oncoming years following McAD’s initial vision. As McAD matured, and eventually had children of his own, the importance of working with the youth, inspiring children and creating a space for the elders to interact, teach and learn with the next generations became of utmost importance. When McAD teamed up with Rainbow Lightning it was a natural match made in heaven. The rest is a tale to be written.
